Description

Albino & Preto and Bryce Wong come together to celebrate the Lunar New Year. Using traditional tattoo art and colours inspired by ancient Chinese ceramics, the collection celebrates the Year of the Snake through the symbolism of two snakes: the mandarin rat snake and the California king snake. The mandarin rat snake represents Wong's family culture and heritage juxtaposed by the California king snake which pays tribute to his roots in Southern California. Together, the design reflects on who we are and the stories that shape our creative journey through life and jiu jitsu being both based in California and interconnected through the martial art.
