Description

For this collection, we wanted to highlight the diversity of the people who train jiu-jitsu and also live in Dickies outside of the gym. It’s wild how wide-ranging the jiu-jitsu community is, and this project is a perfect example of that. The lenses captured a DJ/producer, a fabricator, a photographer, a printer, an athlete, a gearhead, and even a retired chef—all bound by their love for the art. This is who we are. Workwear in every sense.

The release includes martial arts kits made entirely from Dickies’ signature poly-cotton fabric, offering both resilience and mobility. The collection introduces functional noragi/gi pant hybrids with set-in pockets and co-branded graphics aligned with the kimono tops. Rounding out the lineup are kimono-style jackets, pocketed gi pants, and graphic tees in black and Lincoln green, plus navy “mat only” uniforms featuring lightly padded lapels built to meet jiu-jitsu-specific standards.
