The journey we stand for is about embarking on a path and embracing all that comes throughout its duration. In jiu-jitsu we start as a white belt, a seed that gets watered and is nourished until we reach the highly sought after black belt. The most timid become more confident and the smug get humbled along the way. Even after reaching the level of black belt, growth and change are continuous especially since the development of knowledge and techniques are always evolving. This is our journey, our metamorphosis.
We bring you the Metamorphosis Kimono, a representation of the ongoing change and transformation we experience in life and jiu-jitsu. The 450 pearl weave top and 10 oz. cotton Novo pants come in a mulberry color palette with apple green and prismatic design accents. Outlined Mark logos are embroidered on the sleeves and left shin of the pants. Apple green accent stitching is found along the collar and lapel and along all the edges. Patches placed on the back, front skirt, sides and leg opening of the pants all features a prismatic smoke design that resemble the metamorphic change in jiu-jitsu. A matching knapsack with the same design will also be included.
